The important task of the control system is to monitor and control the baking process. It usually includes a PLC and an analog temperature module for each area of the device. The thermocouple regulates the heating power of each burner in the region to keep the set temperature constant. The PLC supervises safety, start up and shutdown procedures. It also supervises the operation of the conveyor belt and all alarms, and stores all settings made by the operator (baking recipe storage). According to the selected recipe number, it will automatically turn on the selected burner.
